Before Carpet Installation
Before your scheduled installation day, we will provide detailed instructions and answer all your questions. To prepare, complete any projects such as painting or baseboard work beforehand. If your subfloor requires repairs, make sure those are taken care of prior to the installation. Please remove all furniture and personal belongings from the area where the flooring will be installed, including emptying closets.
During Carpet Installation
We will work diligently to ensure your carpet looks flawless from day one. To facilitate a smooth installation, you or another adult should be present at home on the scheduled installation day to provide access to the installation area and address any last-minute inquiries. For the safety of children and pets, we recommend keeping them out of the rooms where the new floors are being installed.
After Carpet Installation
After the installation of your new floors, you may need to open windows or use fans to eliminate any residual odors associated with the installation process. To allow your new floors to settle properly, we recommend avoiding heavy foot traffic in the area for a designated period of time. It is normal for the carpet to shed fibers initially, so we advise frequent vacuuming. Contact us immediately if you see any issues.
